EB Uncut is where we do things differently - sharing the good, the bad, and the reality of employer branding. It’s a series of events designed to spark connection, honest conversation, and challenge the norm. No surface-level takes. No polished panels. Just people doing the work, talking about what’s actually happening.

Our events are built with intention. Some, like the Connect and the Table, are always free - open spaces to bring people together. Others, like the Hack and the Unconference, are paid, but kept intentionally accessible - never priced to exclude. Where we can, we also support those between roles with costs like tickets, local travel, and food, because access shouldn’t be a barrier to being in the room.
We pay our panellists, because lived experience and perspective have value. We don’t keep the same voices on repeat, we open up opportunities to the community, creating space for new perspectives to be heard. And we are thoughtful about who is in the room, balancing practitioners, partners, and fresh voices, so the conversation stays relevant, inclusive, and real.

UNCUT: the Connect (formerly EB Connect) is our take on networking - bringing The EB Space together with the wider employer brand world, from in-house practitioners to agencies and partners.
No awkward intros. No pressure to perform. Just good people, good conversation, and space to connect properly. And maybe a fun twist or two along the way. Always free - its an evening to network, mingle, and make friends fuelled by drinks and nibbles. We keep the room intentionally balanced - with a mix of members, practitioners, and the wider community, including agencies and partners.
What started in London has grown into something we’re now taking on the road - with events planned across the UK, Europe and Australia. Connect is always free.
