The EB Space is a global community created by employer branders, for employer branders.
It grew from a shared vision to create a space that was inclusive by nature but exclusive by design. A group for those actually doing the work with no hidden pay walls, no sales, and a truly global reach. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, this is where in-house practitioners connect, share, and grow through honest conversations, peer support, events, and resources.
Membership is kept to in-house professionals only so the space stays safe, practical, and global by design. Vendors and agencies can still partner with us through meaningful collaboration, but the community itself remains peer-to-peer.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT?
Community
The EB Space is an online, truly global community of in-house professionals and small consultants in employer brand. It's a free community, and exclusive by design, open to those who work in employer branding.​
Trust
Every member is vetted before they come in. We have community rules and guidelines that every member is asked to follow. It's a safe space following Chatham House rules and we expect all our members to be respectful. Additionally, our admins ensure that our rules are followed.
Experience
The community is online on Discord. It’s one app you can access on your phone or web. It’s a space where you can chat freely, network, and where we also run events regularly with guest speakers. Ask questions, guidance, share industry knowledge, meetups, even a meme!

OUR FOUNDERS
Alex Her
Alex currently resides in Austin, TX, and enjoys all things employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience. He is a founding leader on the Employer Brandwagon, and the Head of Employer Brand at GoDaddy.
​
When he's not working he enjoys traveling, being with family, music, movies, podcasts, and mentoring others.​
Claire de Souza
Based in the UK, you can find Claire over at one of the UK's largest retailers where she leads on their employer brand and attraction activities.
​
In her spare time she can be found running her art business, doodling away on something, writing her blog or with her head stuck in a good book.
HOW WE OPERATE
Alex and Claire run The EB Space behind the scenes. While they focus on keeping the community safe, creating opportunities, and running events, they’re also active participants - finding just as much value in the space as everyone else.

Each takes the lead on partnership opportunities and events in different regions: Alex looks after the Americas and Canada, while Claire leads on EMEA. Both collaborate on APAC.
