The EB Space is a global community created by employer branders, for employer branders.
It grew from a shared vision to create a space that was inclusive by nature but exclusive by design. A group for those actually doing the work with no hidden pay walls,  no sales, and a truly global reach.  Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned pro, this is where in-house practitioners connect, share, and grow through honest conversations, peer support, events, and resources.

Membership is kept to in-house professionals only so the space stays safe, practical, and global by design. Vendors and agencies can still partner with us through meaningful collaboration, but the community itself remains peer-to-peer.
