The EB Space is a community for employer brand professionals and related practitioners.Users must be at least 18 years old. .You agree not to use the Site for unlawful activities or to disrupt other users’ experiences.

You may need to create an account or provide identifiers (such as email or Discord username).You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and activity occurring under your account.
4. Community conduct
Respectful, honest, and collaborative conduct is required.Do not post spam, offensive content, hate speech, or infringing materials. The EB Space may suspend or remove accounts without notice for violation of these rules.
5. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, text, etc.) is owned by The EB Space, unless otherwise stated.You may not copy, reproduce, or share content without permission, unless it is your own content.
6. Content Submitted by Users
By posting content (comments, uploads, etc.), you grant The EB Space a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and promote your contributions within the community and for related promotional purposes.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
The Site may link to Discord or other external platforms, which are governed by their terms and policies.The EB Space is not responsible for third-party content or data practices.

The Eb Space provides the Site “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability.To the extent permitted by law, The Eb Space is not liable for any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Site.
9. Termination
The EB Space may terminate or suspend access to the Site for violations of these Terms or at its sole discretion.
10. Governing laws and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for UK matters and applicable US laws for US users. Users from other jurisdictions may have additional rights under their local law.
