RULES
The EB Space is all about giving our community a friendly, supportive place to connect, share, and grow. To keep that vibe, we ask everyone to stick to our community code - just a few simple do’s and don’ts so chats stay respectful, open, and useful. If something’s off, we will step in to keep things safe.
And because this space is built for in-house practitioners, if you switch to a non-practitioner role we remove you when we do our membership checks every quarter. No hard feelings - it just helps keep the focus on people doing the work day-to-day.
THE COMMUNITY CODE
01
Trust
Our core principle is to keep the community confident, respectful, and safe. We follow Chatham House rules — what’s shared here stays here. This creates space for honest, open conversations. Please respect each other’s privacy and what’s shared.
02
Respect
Treat others how you’d like to be treated. We don’t tolerate any form of discrimination — including racism, sexism, xenophobia or harassment. Everyone deserves to feel safe, equal and welcome in this space.
03
Equality
Everyone has a voice here. Share your insight, but also listen. Not everyone has the same experience, so be kind — no question is a silly one, and we’re all here to learn from each other.
04
Integrity
Sharing is encouraged — copying isn’t. If someone shares work or an idea, give credit where it’s due. This community thrives on generosity and respect, not imitation.
05
Boundaries
No spam. No unsolicited DMs. If you receive messages that feel off, please flag it to us at hello@theebspace.com so we can step in if needed.
06
Confidentiality
This is a space for honest discussion — which sometimes includes sensitive topics or people you may know. Everything shared here stays here. Please protect that trust.

ACCOUNTABILITY
If you see something that goes against our Community Code, please let us know by emailing the admins at hello@theebspace.com. We take every report seriously and will take appropriate action.

To keep this a safe space for everyone, we follow a simple process:
-
The first issue will lead to a friendly but firm warning
-
A second issue will result in removal from the community
We’re all here to support each other — and that starts with respect and accountability.
