We’re a global community built for in-house employer brand and recruitment marketing professionals — and for small consultancies doing the work. If you’re looking for a space to connect, share, and grow with peers, you’re in the right place.

If you’re a vendor or agency, there are still ways to partner with us and attend our events. But the community itself is deliberately exclusive. Not because we don’t value diverse perspectives — but because this space is designed to be safe, relevant, and real for those doing the work every day. Their challenges are unique, and this is a space to reflect that.

Could this change in future? Absolutely. But that decision will always sit with the community.

BECOMING A MEMBER

Who can be a member?

Our community is for those who work in the employer branding and recruitment marketing space, primarily in-house practitioners and small consultants. It's exclusive by design - creating a safe space for those doing the work. We will always partner with agencies and vendors, as we deeply value their points of view, but we do this through two way, mutually beneficial partnerships. We currently have no plans to bring them into the community. If this changes this will be decision that is community led. 

Joining the community

You can sign up to space using this link. and your application will be vetted by our admins. We will make sure you are doing the work before inviting you to join the community on Discord.

Vetting process

Our vetting process is really simple - we just look at your LinkedIn profile. We just want to understand the work you do. We appreciate that sometimes a job title isn't always descriptive of the role so make sure you have a description under your job role.

If your employer is / you lead an agency in the space of 15 people or more, than we won't allow you to join to protect the integrity of our community because it is for practitioners. However we are open to discussion so please reach out to us if you think you should be part of it.

How long it takes

We aim to get back to all membership enquiries as soon as possible. Whilst we will try and aim for 5 days there are occasions where this may take longer so if you haven't hear from us please reach out.
