From intimate roundtables and peer-led dinners to bold, hands-on experiences like EB Uncut: The Hack, every event is built to be practical, collaborative and refreshingly honest. We’ve started in London and are now exploring new cities and countries as our global community continues to grow. Wherever we host, the principle stays the same: no fluff, no sales pitches — just smart people tackling real challenges together. Where everyone has a seat and every voice has space
UNCUT: THE TABLE is our panel and discussion series that's just a little bit different. It's designed to bring the employer brand community together for real, practitioner-led conversations. Around the (sometimes virtual, sometimes real) table, we dive into the issues we face today: from EVP activation and campaign creativity to the challenges we don’t always talk about openly. Expect honest perspectives, lively debate, and space for every voice - whether you’re a practitioner, partner, or ally to the industry. Our first event will be in November 2025, in New York.

Unfiltered, unexpected and unapologetically real
UNCUT: THE UNCONFERENCE is our flagship event, designed to shake things up and rethink how we connect, share, and grow in the world of employer branding. It's a full-day experience designed as a safe space for open, unfiltered conversations about the real challenges we face in EB. No fluff. Just truth.
Launched on 7 May 2025 in London, the very first Unconference was an off-site adventure built for real talk: no fluff, no filters. Just bold ideas, interactive panels, and plenty of space to meet brilliant people and spark meaningful conversations. This is community, uncut.
Our approach is simple: do things differently. From paying our panellists to building true partnerships, we’re committed to rethinking the way EB events are run. There is no 'speaking at' the audience - it's all about great panel sessions and community. Our panels are truly inclusive - with some panellists asked to speak, and with opportunities provided for our community to nominate themselves - because new voices deserve to be heard.
The topics are disruptive, and sometimes even a debate, designed to challenge the way we think about employer branding. One of the most talked about sessions from our inaugural unconference was our debate on 'To EVP or not to EVP'. Tickets are kept accessible at £100, and for those between jobs, we offer support with tickets, travel, and food. Access matters.
The day itself is always packed with energy - thought-provoking panel sessions, collaborative debate, and time to recharge and connect. When it comes to our partners who make this all possible, we work with a range of vendors and agencies, all committed to our mission of disrupting the status quo to move EB forward.
